Lots of things make me happy, but here's a pic of two: snow and my pup (her prints, anyway).

Self portrait

I take pictures of my face all the time so this "self portrait" is of a part of me I rarely think about but noticed again today. I got these scars by putting my hands through a window when I was 15 or so. I found out years later that some people thought I attempted suicide (reasonable conclusion considering I had bandages on both wrists) but few asked.

New to the flock

All other decorations are gone but I added a little holiday for the whole year to my desk at work. I found my dad's bobble flamingo and brought him in to join my other flamingos.

Almost forgot

11:42 MST so I'm not late but I nearly missed the second day. I didn't take any pics today so here's Paul, squinting at the flash, with my soon-to-be-more-used sewing machine in the background.
